This dish was easy, tasty, and best of all, make-able! Let's be honest, my cooking skills are limited, as in boiling water, 5 ingredients or less kind of cooking.

You will need:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
2 tbsp Garlic
1/2 cup Onion
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 lemons
1 lb Chicken Breast
I combined the olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic and onion in the pan over medium heat and let the garlic brown. Then I added the soy sauce, gave it a good stir, and placed the chicken breast on top of the bubbling sauce. I like to salt and pepper the chicken, then add slices of lemon on top of each chicken breast. Reduce the heat, cover, let the chicken cook through, and voila!!!!! This is the final result:
