Banana's Shirt Dress

When the weather gets hot, I turn to these light, breezy dresses to get me through my day.  This dress from Banana Republic (sold out online but hopefully it will make a comeback!) is a top pick for me, I wore it on a casual weekend day out for drinks as well as to my business casual workplace.  Paired with a white statement necklace also from Banana and my Louboutins this was a win for me!  Have a great day everyone!

Kate Spade

Kate Spade is always a go to of mine for clothing, shoes and accessories.  The brand fits me well and I always feel like the pieces are quality.  This Zuma Sheath dress by Kate Spade via Nordstrom is no exception!! (Dress here).  I love the pattern, the colors and the fabric of this dress.  I paired it with my navy blue JCrew jackie cardigan (it would also look great with a blazer), and my new Valentino Bow Pumps that I scored at the Nordstrom designer sale a few weeks ago (I'm in love).  Have a great day everyone!

Navy Stripes

I'm a big fan of the sheath dress and this one from JCrew is no exception! (here)  This is a great quality, nice weave pattern and I love the pleat in the front.  I paired it with my navy JCrew jackie cardigan and it was perfect for a day at the office!  Have a great day everyone!

Houndstooth and Floral

We are just back from a great vacation to Bermuda!  Details on that will be up later on, but for now I'm sharing a combination I was really excited about - Houndstooth and florals.  I really love this top (here) even though I hardly ever go for florals.  I put it all together with a navy blue cardigan (here) and a crystal necklace.  Overall, I was pretty pleased with the pattern mixing and the color combination!  Have a great day!
